Clarkstown Drivers Should Prepare Alternate Routes this Week, when PIP Closes Two Lanes

Clarkstown drivers who regularly use the Palisades Interstate Parkway should plan to alternate routes between 9:30 am and 1:30 pm on Wednesday and Thursday, as workers improve signage on the road.

The right lane of the Parkway in Rockland County is set to close in each direction: between Exit 9E/W (Interstate 87) and Exit 8E/W (US Route 59) in Clarkstown, New York Department of Transportation officials announced about its road work in the area on June 8 and 9.
