If there’s one thing you should know about me, it’s that I don’t bake. I’ve never mastered the science behind baking. This means that if I’m sharing a dessert recipe with you, it’s super simple, and it’s a baking hack! This recipe only takes minutes to come together! It doesn’t really get more simple and more decadent than this! 

1 box brownie mix 

12 frozen chocolate chip cookies, raw

One bar of Rosemarie Chocolate 

1/4 cup peanut butter

Prepare your brownie batter according to the package instructions.

Line a 9x13 pan with parchment paper and crumble the frozen cookie dough over the bottom.

Spread the brownie batter over the cookie dough and top with the chocolate squares.

Drizzle with melted peanut butter.

Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.

Allow brownies to cool completely before slicing.
