Chaveirim of Rockland Unveils New Vehicle to Better Assist Community

Rockland Chaveirim unveiled a new vehicle on Tuesday, in order to better assist the community with all the needs that Chaveirim is known for.

Members of Rockland Chaveirim were joined by elected officials, senior police officers and other community liaisons, as they unveiled the new Ford pickup truck outside the Town of Ramapo Police Department.

Legislator Aron Wieder welcomed the crowd to this “momentous occasion” and thanked the Police Departments for their continued joint work to serve the Rockland community.

The vehicle is equipped with tools needed to assist fellow community members whose vehicle may need some quick fixing, and other problems such as lockouts etc. it will also be used as part of Rockland Chaveirim’s safety patrol which is much appreciated during times of rising antisemitism.
