BREAKING: Eretz Yisroel Under Rocket Attack, Story Unfolding

The cities of Tel Aviv, Ramat Gan, and surrounding cities in the center of the country are under rocket attack this evening, in the latest slew of terror attacks that began on Lag Ba’omer day. 

The terrorists in Gaza tended to target coastal cities like Ashdod in past attacks. This targeting of major cities marks a significant escalation—an escalation that, it is feared, has the potential to lead to all-out war. 

B’chasdei Hashem, the Iron Dome system intercepted many of the rockets. 

This is in addition to the regular targets like Ashdod and surrounding towns where rocket sirens were activated. All around these towns where sirens were sounded, families gathered in shelters, conducting minyanim there, waiting out the recent barrage of rockets in the hope that it will end soon.
