A Pair of Bomb Threats Sets Off Bomb Squad Search Including Pfizer Building in Rockland

by Rockland Daily Staff
Two bomb threats were reported yesterday, including one in Rockland County at the Pfizer Campus on Middletown Road in Pearl River.
The Pfizer Campus bomb threat was phoned in around 7 a.m. A second threat was called in to the Peekskill City Court the same morning.
According to News12, police say the bomb threats might have been delivered via a prerecorded message. In both cases, the buildings' occupants were evacuated as bomb squads, including K-9 units, conducted a building search which took several hours.
No evidence of a bomb was found in either instance.
